Start with these checks

  1. Sign-in is incomplete because the verification email could not be sent.
  2. Wait a moment and sign in again to request another email. If it continues, send support this code and the time of the error.

Sign-in is incomplete because the verification email could not be sent. Wait a moment and sign in again to request another email. If it continues, send support this code and the time of the error.

The host is the remote PC; the client is the PC you connect from. If you cannot locate logs, start by sending the error code and detailed reason from the error window.

The error code alone does not show whether a device failed or a firewall blocked the connection. Check the detailed reason and logs as well.
