FORPRO-REMOTE / GUIDE

Install remote desktop software on Windows ARM64

Check your Windows system type and select the correct airdesk x64 or ARM64 installer. Verify host readiness, screen updates and remote input after installation.

Check whether your PC uses ARM64

Open Windows Settings → System → About and read System type. Choose Windows ARM64 for an ARM-based processor or Windows x64 for an x64-based processor. Do not infer the architecture from the device name or screen size.

Check the suggested download

The download page uses operating system information supplied by your browser. The exact processor architecture may be unavailable, so compare the selection with System type before installing.

Windows ARM64 and Apple Silicon Macs both use ARM processors, but their installers are not interchangeable. Download the Windows EXE and follow the installation prompts.

Install and check host readiness

Sign in and turn on My PC Sharing on the computer you want to access. Allow the required installation permissions and check readiness in the app. Keep the other device's app up to date too.

If setup fails, record the installer filename, error message and installation path. Do not include passwords or verification codes in a support request.

Test your actual working environment

Select the online host from the other device. Check screen updates, keyboard and mouse input, and audio if needed. An open window alone does not establish that every feature works.

Quality and response time depend on the GPU, drivers and network. Test the resolution and number of screens you need, and consult the error code guide if a problem occurs.
