Check the host's display configuration
A physical monitor is connected to the host. A virtual display is added by software on supported hosts. Adding a monitor to your connecting computer does not automatically add a screen to the host.
Check that the app offers multiple monitors and that your plan and host support the feature. Refer to the pricing page and the app's feature availability messages.
Connect to the first screen, then choose another
Connect to the primary screen and verify updates and input. Use the app's monitor selection or additional-screen option to choose another display on the host.
If you need a virtual display, check host support and driver readiness before adding it. Follow any installation and permission prompts. Switching a physical screen and creating a virtual one are separate actions.
Verify the new window continues to update
Move a window or type on the additional screen to check ongoing updates. Seeing the first image does not establish that the screen continues to refresh.
Multiple screens increase encoding, decoding and network load. Test your intended screen count and resolution; adjust the app's quality and frame settings if latency becomes excessive.
If an additional screen does not open
Check whether the target display appears in the host's operating system settings and in the app. Distinguish a missing window from an open window with a black or frozen image.
When contacting support, include both operating systems and app versions, physical or virtual display type, time and error code. Remove virtual displays you no longer need and check the host's original display configuration.
