Start with these checks
- Check whether the speaker, mouse, keyboard or gamepad works outside the remote session.
- For a shared PC, ask the owner to check input and audio sharing permissions.
- Reconnect. If the problem continues, send support the device name and error screenshot.

Check the ViGEmBus driver on the remote PC and the result of the virtual controller connection.
The host is the remote PC; the client is the PC you connect from. If you cannot locate logs, start by sending the error code and detailed reason from the error window.
The error code alone does not show whether a device failed or a firewall blocked the connection. Check the detailed reason and logs as well.
